ISLAMABAD, July 17 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday felicitated the Deutsche Welle (DW) Urdu Service on the celebration of its 60th anniversary.
The prime minister, in a message, said in the past sixty years, DW Urdu service had played an important role in the field of journalism.
“The DW’s Urdu Service impartial reporting on democracy and social issues in Pakistan is a beacon of light for other media outlets,” PM Office Media Wing, in a press release, quoted the prime minister as saying.
“Ich gratuliere dem Urdu Service herzlich zum 60. Jahrestag. Ich wünsche DW Urdu alles Gute und viel Erfolg auch für die Zukunft: Premierminister,” the prime minister in German language extended his wishes.
