ISLAMABAD, Jun 10 (APP):Jazz was ranked as the leading cellular mobile operator in Pakistan, topping multiple categories in the Pakistan.
The QoS survey, carried by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) out in 16 cities of Pakistan during the first quarter of 2024, assessed the performance of Cellular Mobile Operators (CMOs) in accordance with the Cellular Mobile Network Quality of Service (QoS) Regulations 2021, said a news release issued by the company.
The survey involved approximately 250,000 tests of mobile broadband, 45,000 calls and SMS tests, and 130,000 Ookla speed tests. Based upon the compliance level of each KPI against the threshold defined in QoS Regulations, the CMOs were ranked between first and fourth positions in various categories, including Mobile Network Coverage, Mobile Broadband, Voice, and SMS Services.
Jazz excelled in several key performance indicators (KPIs) set by PTA, and was ranked first in Mobile Network Coverage, Mobile Broadband, and Voice calls.
