ISLAMABAD, Feb 9 (APP): Independent Candidate Muhammad Awais has won the Sindh Assembly election from PS-96, Korangi-VII, by securing 16,997 votes.
According to unofficial result issued by Returning Officer/ECP, his runner-up was Shafiq Ahmad, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI), who bagged votes 9,644.
Overall voters’ turn-out remained 33.43 %.
